What we get done.
Account Management
We can pay your bills and send you one statement. We can reconcile accounts, transfer to QuickBooks or Excel and help consolidate your accounts and credit cards.
Travel Concierge
From airline reservations to full vacation planning, we can do it all. Whether it’s a guide in Morocco or a driver from London to Glasgow, we can make the arrangements for you. We’ll keep track of airline vouchers and their deadlines. We can book it all, including travel insurance.
It’s Done is an independent affiliate with Avenue Two Travel and Virtuoso, two industry leading travel services, so we may provide you with even better travel options.
Personal Assistance
We can make medical appointments, keep your passwords in a third-party account, make philanthropic donations, manage your calendar or sort your photos. We’ll help you stay organized.
We’ve helped a client get a book published, helped another plan a daughter’s wedding and helped another client get their stored furniture to an auction house.
Event Planning
Birthday parties, showers, weddings or family reunions are exciting to plan but the execution can be overwhelming. We take the on the chores so you can enjoy yourself.

Renewal Services
Passports, TSA numbers, driver’s licenses and other important renewals can sneak up you. We’ll keep your important renewal dates in our database and make sure you don’t miss one of these important deadlines.
Greetings and Gifts
Your holiday and event cards will never be late again. We’ll create, address and mail your personal birthday, graduation, anniversary, wedding and other special occasion cards and gifts on your behalf.

Airline Reservations $100
Cost per ticket. Booking with airline points or AMEX Travel can only be made for full-service It’s Done clients.

Concierge Services $50
Cost per booking, includes booking of hotel reservations, tours, ground transportation, and dinner reservations.
All fees are non-refundable and due at the start of services.
Air reservation services will be offered free of charge to L3 members traveling on L3 international fundraising travel events.
