Our History
Founded in 2007 by Paul Robshaw and 87 visionary leaders, L3 is a member-driven community dedicated to lifelong learning, purposeful travel, and health. What began as a platform for meaningful connection and shared experiences has evolved into a global force for good.
In 2024, L3 merged with the Leadership Legacy Life Foundation, amplifying our impact. This partnership empowers members to seamlessly support the international nonprofits we encounter, turning every journey into an opportunity for lasting philanthropic change.
